Rising Flood Water at the Homewood Suites in Houston, TX

SERVPRO of Bellaire got a call regarding rising water coming into the building. SERVPRO of Bellaire arrived onsite where we extracted standing water from the breakfast area, hallways and bedrooms. Then applied antimicrobial agents and set up drying equipment. Customer and staff were very pleased with the technicians hard work. Because of the fast response and hard work no major damage occurred and SERVPRO of Bellaire was able to prevent thousands of dollars worth of replacement costs. This is the definition of our remediation and mitigation work as we help to prevent needing a contractor to replace structures and items damaged in a flooding like this!
