After the big freeze in Houston, a broken pipe spewed water into my attic for at least 2 days before being shut off. Three rooms were completely totaled and all of my floors became water soaked. My insurance company said SERVPRO of Bellaire would call me. I expected a long and exhausting process...
However, SERVPRO of Bellaire called me within a couple of hours. The next day, I had at least 7 SERVPRO staff in my house - they were like a well oiled machine. In less than 4 days, all of my stuff was packed, the damaged rooms demo'd and heaters and dehumidifiers everywhere. I will have no problems with mold / odor due to SERVPRO's thorough and super quick response.
The entire staff were incredibly professional and well organized. Pictures were taken of my belongings and each box was labeled. SERVPRO of Bellaire made this entire ordeal easy and stress free. I will forever be grateful to them.
